Lets see your logo!
We ask that you upload your logo below in PNG format with a transparent background. If you cannot please email it to kbeckles@culturejunkie.ca directly.
What are Your Colors?
Colors play an important role in web design. We ask that you give us 2 or 3 colors we can use in the design. Various shade of these colors maybe used as needed. When giving color we ask you provide us with a "hex code" for these colors. If you don't know what a hex code is, use this website to find some. You can also upload your logo into this site to find out the hex code used in your logo (Its best practice to build the site with your logo colors.)

What are Your Fonts?
A font is what the actual text on your website will look like. Although not required, we want to give you an option to pick your own font. If you don't pick your own font we will default to using simple easy to read fonts like Sans-Serif. If you would like to do a bit more reading into fonts and get some examples please click the link below. (It is best practice to use clean, crisp fonts that are easy to read and avoid using hard to read fonts like cursive.

What are Your Vibe?
We are looking for those 2-5 of those single descriptor words that summarize what feeling your website should give your customers. (Example words: Classy, Friendly, Sophisticated, Playful, Professional)
What's Your Domain Name?
Your domain is like your website’s license plate—it’s the web address people will type in to find you, and it's how your site will appear in search engines. Think of it as your online identity.
Domains are billed as annual subscriptions, and Culture Junkies will manage your domain on your behalf and handle the annual billing to keep things simple and streamlined for you.
Please provide three domain name options that you feel would work well for your business. Be sure to include the extension you prefer (e.g., .com, .ca, or .net) for each suggestion. This helps us secure the best available option for your site.
Let's get into the Nitty Gritty
This section is where we dive into the finer details of your website. The more thorough and specific you can be with the information provided here, the more accurately we can tailor the site to meet your vision and goals. Please keep in mind that each website package includes up to three rounds of revisions, so it’s important to get as much right as possible in the initial stages to ensure a smooth and efficient process.
Your Website "Copy"
When we refer to website "copy," we’re talking about the actual text that appears on your site—just like what you're reading right now. This includes your homepage messaging, service descriptions, bio, and any other written content.
The best approach is to provide the exact copy you’d like to use, especially for key sections like your biography, services, and any specific content that reflects your brand. You can either paste the text directly into the box below or upload a document (PDF format preferred).
If you're unable to write the copy yourself, please provide as much detail as possible. The more context and information you share, the better we can craft accurate and on-brand content using our tools—matched to your voice, tone, and messaging style.
Your Website Photos
Photos are a very important part of your website. They help set the tone, tell your story, and give visitors a sense of who you are and what you do. The more relevant and high-quality the images, the better your site will represent your brand.
The best practice is to upload any specific photos you’d like us to use—things like pictures of you, your team, your workspace, completed projects, or anything else that wouldn’t be easy to find online. If you have a large number of images, feel free to upload them to a Google Drive folder and share the link with us below.

For any other photos you'd like us to include, just describe them in detail—what the image should show, the mood or style you're going for, etc.—and we’ll do our best to find high-quality, royalty-free images that match your vision.
Client Testimonial
Client testimonials can be a powerful way to build trust and credibility—especially for service-based businesses. While they aren’t always required, they do help potential customers feel more confident in choosing to work with you.
If you have testimonials, please include a few along with the rating the client gave you (e.g., 5/5 or ★★★★★). Make sure to space out each paragraph so everything is clear and easy to read.
Last Steps Before You Send
First and foremost, thank you for trusting us to build your website. We truly appreciate the opportunity to bring your vision to life and are committed to creating something that reflects your brand and supports your goals.
Before submitting, we encourage you to take a few moments to review the form and ensure all information is accurate and complete. The more thorough the details, the smoother the process will be.
As a reminder, your website package includes three rounds of revisions, so while there is room for adjustments, getting things as close to final as possible from the start will help us stay efficient and focused.
Once we’ve had a chance to review your responses, a member of our team will be in touch to confirm next steps. From there, the website build will begin shortly—we’re excited to get started!
